We have had our house on the market since September 2010 and have had only a handful of showings. :-(
We really want to be in the Ankeny area as that is where our pediatrician is, our church and a much better school system. We know that it will happen when its supposed to happen, but we are hoping and praying for some good news soon.
If anyone is interested or knows anyone who is interested let us know. Its a nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on a double cul-de-sac in a great family friendly neighborhood! :-)
